Humain Health, a Sigtuple brand, has diagnostic laboratories in multiple cities across India. In August 2019, Humain Health started providing healthcare services directly to customers through its Customer Experiences Centres. To enable this, we built a Web Portal as well as a dedicated mobile app, integrated with Humain’s Lab and Clinic Management software, that allowed end customers to book virtual & in-person appointments, order diagnostic tests & packages, track samples in real-time, and also store & access medical records on-the-go. Despite slow adoption, these tools were instrumental for Humain Health to scale up their customer-facing business.
