Vacation Labs intends to deliver an all-in-one digital solution for travel operators. Already having a Travel Website Builder, Booking Engine and Distribution System in their arsenal, we were tasked with figuring out what were the missing components and build solutions to fill any possible gaps. This prompted us to talk to multiple small & medium scale travel operators & agents to understand their business and help address their concerns. Over the next six months, we designed and delivered two major solutions, coupled with a bunch of smaller features that helped Vacation Labs’ existing customers streamline their business. These solutions also expanded Vacation Labs’ target market, enabling the acquisition of a sizeable number of new customers.
